The day before the election, GOPe representatives were saying Themis Klarides had no need to worry and that even though Trump had endorsed Levy, the endorsement was not really enough to make a difference. I suspect they watched the election results come in while in a state of shock.
The establishment really did not think there was any chance that Klarides could lose. They are used to telling the voters how to vote, and the GOP voters doing as told. It no longer works that way, but they have yet to realize it.
If we States pull together, and only the ones with conservative Governors might actually do so, we might not need President in Exile Trump at the helm. Our Government might go back to how it was originally designed!
You know, States Rights being FOREFRONT and all that? Before so many were corrupted by FREE MONEY from the Feds?

49% in complete agreement with everything the Democrats want. The 50+1 split in the Senate, used for budget items, is perfect over for them. They don’t have to save Biden on anything budget related as they can blame it all on Harris. Everything else, they’ve been the ones to sane him at every turn.

Here in the Northeast corner of CT the citizens overwhelming voted for Trump twice. It’s the rich liberals and city sub-creatures that bulldoze the Republican votes.
I think you might see some changes in the Northeast in the next few years. Connecticut is a reddish Purple state, but the hellholes (Hartford, New Illegal Haven, Bridgeport) are the cities that find Democratic ballots in the most unusual locations (car trunks, freezers, etc.). I need to check to see what my town (East Hartford), Cow Town (Ellington) and South Windsor voted for.
