Hey, they will just get him for Civil Rights Violations.
You can always add that one on.
He is being retried on 5 or 6 counts that the original jury hung on and they weren’t included in the clemency.
So it’s not double jeopardy or violating the clemency order. It’s just petty. The jury could hang up again because they are obviously the weakest part of the original trial.
