The affidavits remain sealed....and that’s the thing that gets me. The warrant has been unsealed. That part is the very generic piece of paper that is supposed to be left behind or handed to someone at the residence that states, a judge signed this order, we’re allowed to be here and if we find what we’re looking for, we’re taking it.
What is in the affidavit is the meat and potatoes. The place where they make their case to the court as to what criminal activity President Trump was/is involved in and what evidence they think is at his home-particularly describing both the evidence they seek and the home itself.
Is that still under seal?
I could swear I saw a headline the other day where Garland said that Pres Trump was NOT under investigation. If so, then there’s no way a warrant can be issued. In the real world, that is. I could never have gone to a judge and say..Your Honor, I drafted this warrant and affidavit because I want to search this guys house....Has a criminal complaint been made or case initiated as to his potential crimes....No sir/mam, I want to search his house so I can find evidence and then open up a case on him....Ha ha ha ha ha, get out of my courtroom/office.
The confusion, obfuscation, secrecy and lack of transparency are either intentional or incompetence.
Intentional...then they’re going after him and there’s nothing that can stop them. The whole...show me the man, i’ll show you the crime...type of stuff. But, they’re flying by the seat of their pants, ignoring all the rules and it’s the only way they can cover up their intent and malfescance.
Incompetence....in 2016, they all thought she was gonna walk away with it and all their dirt would be swept under the rug. None of them really have no idea what they’re doing, ignoring anything and everything, and just winging it. Tossing tons of sh*t up against the wall to see what sticks.
If President Trump walks away from all of this and wins in 2024, I can only imagine that the number of jets flying to Brazil and other non-extraditing countries will be numerous. Although, it seems that Bolsonaro is a fan of the President, so maybe Brazil won’t be so safe. Time will tell.

Anyone who thinks that a civil war can’t happen again is “off” The question is whether the circumstances for a modern Fort Sumter event to happen will occur. Who knows what those circumstances are?
People who say that a civil war can’t happen are the same ones who always say, “Oh, that could never happen here” about a great number of other world events. Fact is, if it can happen anywhere in the world, it can also happen here. People who think that it can’t are extraordinarily naïve or just absolutely stupid.
A civil war isn’t workable. Think about it. Your own neighborhood is a mix of liberals and conservatives. There’s no ‘hill’ to die on... and almost all our communities are the same. Mixed.
The best solution is a negotiated divorce... agreed upon conservative and liberal states.
