The owner of a Hollywood restaurant is being hailed as a hero after security footage captured him chasing down a robber and restraining him until help arrives.
As the robber begins to walk away, Tim Ratcliff, who owns the neighboring business Hollywood Shin, immediately begins pursuing him, and the chase doesn’t last long.

Apparently the owner is an athletic 6’3” and 250lbs. Still taking a risk here but good on him. I may have to dine at his restaurant.
The assailant was a white homeless punk. The restaurant owner could have executed him with a bullet to the back of the head. I doubt local DA would have got involved for that.

Don’t mess with indie pizza shop owners, they are a tough breed. I like how the cute scantly clad woman ran outside and helped out. She was probably eating inside.

Unfortunately this is Los Angeles we’re talking about. The DA here is a commie and if it wasn’t for the recall on him going on atm he most likely would prosecute.

I noticed many men standing around and just watching....
Also noticed how easily the police officers were able to handcuff the guy while he had earlier struggled against the 250lb guy.
