A California church that defied safety regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic by holding large religious services won't have to pay about $200,000 in fines, a state appeals court ruled.
Calvary Chapel San Jose and its pastors were held in contempt of court and fined in 2020 and 2021 for violating state and county limits on indoor public gatherings. The rules were aimed at preventing the spread through close contract of the virus, which has caused more than 10 million confirmed cases and more than 93,500 deaths since the pandemic began in mid-2020, according to state public health figures.

Lots of my friends go to this church. Quite a few started going during the pandemic be ause their old churches stopped having in person services.

There were "preventatives" out there and there were "cures" out there. But for some reason the MSM worked with the CDC and the state health organizations in the US to block people from getting the info about those things and HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF LIVES WERE LOST! - So SAD.

Thatnis to say, 93,000 may have been labeled as “covid deaths”, but how many simp,y died WITH covid instead of FROM covid but were listed as dying FROM covid anywYs?
95% of “COVID deaths” had SERIOUS comorbidities — diabetes, heart disease, pneumonia, etc — that were TRIBUTARY, if not PRIMARY causes of death. BUT, since they “had COVID” at the time of death, their passing was chalked up to the WuFlu.
The hard part, here, is that it is case-by-case, and often difficult to ascertain, whether or not COVID was actually these people’s “last straw” health wise. I observe that they pretty much abandoned that effort, and racked up all those deaths to COVID.
Cue “The Beatles” hit “Day Tripper”

i suspect that a lot of folks died from their comorbidites- not covid- but were listed as dying from covid- they likely were goign to die whether they got covid or not-
While i agree that some indeed were ‘pushed over the edge by covid’- I’m betting many were on their death beds and were counted as covid deaths when they were not- and would have died even without covid - the left had every reason to count every death as from covid- and i think they seriously abused that in their effort ot scare the public into getting the vaccines, and into shutting down the nation for whatever purpose-
