Allen H. Weisselberg, for decades one of Donald J. Trump’s most trusted executives, has reached a deal to plead guilty on Thursday and admit to participating in a long-running tax scheme at the former president’s family business — a serious blow to the company that could heighten its risk in an upcoming trial on related charges.
Mr. Weisselberg will have to admit to all 15 felonies that prosecutors in the Manhattan district attorney’s office accused him of, according to people with knowledge of the matter. And if he is called as a witness at the company’s trial in October, he will have to testify about his role in the scheme to avoid paying taxes on lavish corporate perks, the people said.

He’s going to testify against the business, not Trump.
The charges were related to his activity with the business, the unreported compensation will be a problem for the business as well.
Likely they granted immunity or something juicy to compel his testimony and he’ll say whatever they want against Trump. The real question is if Trump’s been basically under perpetual audit why is this a thing? Couldn’t be politics could it?
The deal doesn’t require him to testify against Trump.

Well, there you have it.
1. He will plead guilty to a scheme to avoid paying taxes on the "constructive receipt" of income when the Trump Organization paid for his NYC apartment.
2. He will testify that the Trump Organization failed to file the required 1099 form that documented the cost of the NYC apartment (as a personal expense paid by the company) and notified the IRS of the "payment." This is no different than what happens when a company pays for a life insurance policy or a company car for an employee.
Here's thing, folks ... As CFO of the Trump Organization, HE would have been responsible for ensuring that all the tax forms were properly filed.
Read the other day that he had nothing to say about the President.
