The last one before this was 25 years ago. The one finished in 2016 was under construction for 43 years. There is a chart at the source. At that rate nuclear is not going to answer ev needs.

I can get at least 1200 miles for $130.
Continuing proof, as if it were needed, that climate change policy was NEVER about saving the planet.
I certainly wouldn't want to buy a 10 year old used EV Hummer.
