The affiant, like a moron, may have used articles as part of the affidavit(which is absolutely unbelievable but par for the course, I guess), but someone provided information about the “contents” of the safe.
And, whaddaya know, safe is empty and they start tossing the whole house.
I can’t believe a judge accepts a warrant using media reports. I can’t understand how media reports would even be reliable as only supporting information. So basically, federal agency sit around and watch CNN, and MSNBC, and then write warrants.
