You said you "see no proof of this" and you imply I'm a supposed "defeatist." Well, if the large majority of American voters actually thought the 2020 Election was stolen, don't you think they'd demand extensive election investigations and that "pResident" Biden be impeached immediately? Of course, they would. So they obviously don't believe it was stolen. As we all know, the majority of Americans go about their business, with almost nobody saying any such thing. They might laugh and say Biden acts senile or looks sleepy, but virtually no Republican or conservative politician is publicly saying the 2020 Election was stolen.
In the past two years, there have been a number of Republican and conservative politicians and candidates appearing on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC. When the far-left reporter gets in their grill and demands something like: "Senator [or Representative], it's a yes or no question - Was the 2020 Election stolen?" And every single time, the Republican or conservative politician responds with something like (paraphrase): "Well, I'd say there could have been one or more possible election irregularities. We may want to possibly look into that." Far-left reporter: "That was the fairest and most secure election in American history, so you're not saying the 2020 Election was stolen, is that right?" Republican/conservative politician: "I'm not saying the 2020 Election was stolen but I do believe ..." Far-left reporter (interrupts and cuts off politician): "Ok, thank you for publicly confirming the 2020 Election was not stolen. My next question is, Do you still support the 'treasonous traitor' Trump who 'took' our 'most classified nuclear secrets' and who caused the Republicans' 'January 6' attack on our Capitol in their desperate attempt to destroy American freedom and democracy?" ... etc. ...
So in reality, I'm the opposite of "defeatist." I'm only pointing out the obvious fact that Republican and conservative politicians have been horrible at crafting and effectively communicating a clear message to American voters. The real defeatists are the ones who are overly confident that the same old, status-quo Republican and conservative politicians, and the same old Republican Party, with their same old messaging, are going to somehow magically take back control of the House and Senate in November. LOL.
