So is the Biden administration supposed to honor the FPOTUS security clearances that have been set up before the former admin ends?
Almost all senior administrators carry a top secret clearance with them for a while (maybe years?) after their official term ends.
Look at the Obama admin - they almost all kept their previous highest level of clearance with them for the full Trump term.
And can you imagine the media howl if Trump had cancelled Brennan and Rice's clearances upon taking office? To name two that deserved the cancellation.

Trump did a lot of business out of Maralago, wouldn’t he have had the same type of room set up? All President do. Do they really go in after the President’s term and dismantle it? Seriously...I don’t think so.
