If the surveillance tapes show other out of scope searching, will be difficult for FIB to claim de minimis “oops.”
The more this gets reviewed, the worse for the FIB.
Preliminary; showing justification for a need to think about a situation.
Intent; to design, resolve, propose. To plan for and expect a certain result.
Appointment; selection process.
All three steps require time with no set parameters or timelines…to stall as long as needed.
I hope the Fibbies release some info from Trump’s documents protected by attorney-client privilege. Then the game is on and the Gubmint will go down on this caae.

Trump ought to invite the Feds to show up with Penske trucks to take every piece of paper, every box in his storage room. Take it all, rummage through it, catalogue it, and bring it back when they are satisfied they got everything. No obstruction.
If he gets another four year term he can make and declassify more papers.

I believe that the Trump appointed judge will select and appoint the special master. If anyone knows differently, let us know.
