The truth is, the government agents out to get Trump will have “SEEN” anything and everything by now. Being forced to give some papers back means.. NOTHING.
The real play here is to prove they SAW something they were not supposed to see (the government), not get it back. Once Trump’s team can prove the government SAW something they shouldn’t have the entire case will have to be dismissed, because of the principle that “if the evidential “tree” is tainted, so is its “fruit.”
