It’s hard to tell what’s true anymore.

If Iraq has its Presidential Palace overrun and people are getting evacuated from the American Embassy, that is a huge story.

I see a number of places doing spot reporting but intentionally burying this story for political reasons is on a whole different level.

Last week until after the election there exists the news diet of only approved oatmeal. A little milk and sugar for prime tim anchors, but only oatmeal will be served. Nobody in the swamp wants indigestion or heartburn from a balanced news diet.
