I had a business with a colleague who has a 3400 acre deer and quail hunting property south of corpus and he said all the Time they pass through and when they coyotes he leaves them alone fearful but if families alone or just a few he will get them food water since they are worn out since 30 from border and usually especially the kids are quite feeble by then he’ll tell them to wait while he calls border patrol and they know they’ll get admitted so they are happy to wait for border patrol in falfurrias or Sarita to come fetch

They are also burrowing tunnels and crawling across the border.
They are riding across in refrigerated trucks.
Many are swimming across (hence the term "wet-backs").
