The only battle Joe’s fighting is with his diaper.
The speech was at 8pm. Slow Joe’s bedtime is 7pm. He did NOT get his fruit cup in front of the TV showing “Wheel of Fortune”. He was sundowning, he was angry, and I suspect he had a load in his pants. Small wonder he was off his rocker in the speech.
