The soft bigotry of low expectations. What they are all saying is that black people are dependent on whites for clean water. When the Great Replacement is done, better keep a few of us around to keep the lights on and water running.
They clearly don’t realize that by blaming whites and republicans for the problems that have happened under years of black/democrat rule, they are tacitly admitting that black/democrat management is incapable of doing anything basic to take care of themselves.
Then they whine about “white supremacy”.
