The secret is that the “nice family” decides to invite a nephew from the hood to come visit for a few days...
and the rest is history.
Now if you're talking "inner city" housing...that's a whole different ballgame.
Hell...the copper plumbing was gone before they finished building them in a nearby city.
Carson City, Nevada just approved such a complex.
It will not be good news for those around it.
