New York City’s “overcrowded” homeless shelters are filled, now housing 6,700 border crossers who have arrived in recent weeks on migrant buses sent from Texas by Gov. Greg Abbott (R).

For months, Abbott has sent buses filled with border crossers to New York City, which prides itself as the nation’s largest sanctuary jurisdiction for illegal aliens.

At least the illegal immigrants are sane enough to want to live indoors. The homeless are insane or addicted and prefer living like animals to living like human beings.

We just gave away $6 trillion for “stimulus” and caused furious inflation. A simple trillion dollars would have gone a long way to fixing the “homeless” problem if put to mental health, addiction treatment, and locking up those who refuse either.

Every border state governor should follow his example: bus ‘em up and ship ‘em out. I’d like to see them shipped to every large city and every gated residential community in the country, especially in New York and New England!
