Normal combustion does not produce NOx. It requires very high temperature and very high pressure, such as in a high performance, high compression ratio internal combustion engine. Ordinary engines produce an insignificant amount. A gas furnace or boiler ain't going to do it.

The Sierra Club, Aspen Society... If you dig a little, you’ll find that their influences are foreign or only a generation or two from other countries. What we do with American resources is none of their business.
