Gibson Bakery still needs to relocate, for their own safety and peace of mind. Oberlin is going to remain a hostile neighbor, no matter what the courts decide. It may be like the Chic Fil A phenomenon, where there is no threat fron the business, but sheep minded students will be encouraged to say they hate it anyway.

Ummm, they’re in the middle of rural-nothingness in Ohio and just got paid bank.

They never have to work again. The original founders are dead, I think. So it's the family running the business.
