Trump and his endorsed candidates
Where I'm from this is called lying through your teeth.
If you want to see where the problem spending is, look at entitlements! Every year there’s less and less discretionary spending to cut and more “hands-off women & children, old people & disabled people harmed” spending you can’t cut!
Still better than Mitch, who is sitting on his butt inside his shell on top of that post, thinking that’s enough to get the Senate back this November.
Would rather see...Commitment to the CONSTITUTION
How about "Reduce government size by two-thirds and get back to a Republic bound by its Constitution"?
Define "size". I offer several definitions, all of which would benefit us citizens from RightSizing:
And that's just a start. What I propose is that, every month, each and every legislator and bureaucrat offer 10 pages of statute in the US Code and in the Code of Federal Regulations to eliminate. Bonus to those who propose 20 pages. How those pages get eliminated is up to the proposer. The low-hanging fruit -- out-of-date laws and regulation -- can come first.
In the process, that should help slim down the Budget. A lucky-strike extra of such a plan would be to make developing the US Budget easier, as there would be fewer line items.
McConnell has indicated his strategic preference this year for keeping the focus on Democrats’ failures.>>> Because McConnell is such a loser.
I don’t give a damn what you think, Jon. You’re a whiny loser who forms circle jerks with other whiny losers on FR. Get a life.
Slow down there Dan. RINOs aren't tough guys, so why all the bluster?
#1 — there are WAY too many departments.
Start by completely eliminating the Department of Energy and the Department of Education. Tens of billions saved every year. These are actually the “Department of Energy Blockage” and “Department of Ruining Education.” It would vastly improve our energy situation and the education of our children. Over multiple decades, hundreds of billions would be saved.
