Ditto here in WA state. Hondas, especially old ones like my 2000 Civic - are child's play for the thieves.

Seeing cras drive around with NO license plates are a dead give away they are stolen. A regular sight.

Cops can't stop them because the new "laws" say they have no probable cause to think the car was stolen (they did not see the act of crime happen so no crime other than a moving violation, which is also not prosecuted because of "covid" limitations of the courts).
