We follow by restoring the Hawaiian monarchy and full independence for Puerto Rico. Samoa reluctantly goes back to the other Samoa. On and on. This could counter the woeness of King Charles.

I doubt that is what the majority of people in all of these territories you mention want, otherwise it would have happened already.

I have no horse in this race. I'm not Irish, and my ancestors did not come from any of these countries complaining about the monarchy.
As far as I can tell, the Queen served with grace and dignity for 70 years. Now, apparently, critics of the monarchy see an opportunity with Charles. Whatever Charles decides to do should be interesting, if nothing else.
