The last civil war killed 600k out of 31 million - about 20% of the population. That would be about 66 million dead today. So we may be forced to use the second amendment, but only after other means fail. Your math is of by a factor of 10. In the Civil war it was 2%, not 20%.
So today it would be 6.6 million dead.
