In the US that means a meth lab blew up.
When a college student’s meth lab not far from me blew up and caused an immediate bright orange fire all across the upper floor apartments above the campus Jimmy John and then burned out the sub place and stores with them, I made this original joke:
“Are these subs toasted?”
“They are now.”
Nobody died, no thanks to the college bum.

Doubt it. Attacking Russian homeland would be stupid now that the EU is winning. It would only make it possible for the Russians to finally get off their butts declare war and order a full mobilization.
