In past conversations I have pointed out that our judicial system is a remnant from the monarchical period.
The Judge wears kingly robes and sits on a throne and demands supplicants "plead" to him.
The court system is not at all suitable for a Republic. Judges should not be tolerated in being so arrogant and condescending, and their stilted methodology should be updated to reflect reason and common sense.
The courts are garbage and the whole system is utterly f***ed up. Saw this article yesterday.

That is a very good statement. Some of which I have never thought about. Have some experience with courts of all levels. Mid Level State Court Judges quite often become tyrants. Have been in too many court rooms. Justice of the Peace courts can be fair and efficient or crazy bad. The older the the state court judge the more power mad. New judges at County Court level seem to be fair for a bit longer. Federal District Judges can almost never resist using the power they have.
Lack of situational awareness
I think it is disgraceful that she posed in Black-Face. People like her seem to think Blacks can get away with anything.

I’m old enough to remember when saying nasty things about others was considered rude and evidence that the person is an a$$hole. Now it’s grounds for firing.
