Everyone knows prices go up when there is a scarcity. Everyone knows that a given item can be produced in quantities so great that the price drops dramatically, maybe even to the point that one must give them away to get rid of them.
She is evil, not stupid. She is an insider on the destruction of our economy and the destruction of our way of life.
The government is about to purchase huge quantities of oil to rebuild the strategic reserve. That will keep hundreds of millions of barrels of oil off the market, thus insuring that consumers will continue to pay high prices for all things derived from petroleum.
