Writing an editorial and asking the corrupt Biden DoJ to investigate their ally seems less like boldness and more like useless posturing.
I can’t stand him but at least Andrew Cuomo actually filed a formal complaint with the nonpartisan NYS attorney grievance board/the NYS Court system asking that James be investigated and disbarred for corruption.

She hasn’t investigated the rampant criminal behavior of the Clintons and their “Foundation” or the UN-accounted for $850 million that Chirlane McCray, Spouse of Warren Wilhelm, JR. AKA “Bill DeBlasio” spent on her “mental health initiative…” She should be disbarred.

Therein lies the problem. Public office is supposed to be about service, not power. The term 'power' connotes being able to do what you want and bend things to your will. That's not how our Republic was set up to work. It was set up specifically to prevent anyone in government from being powerful.
Which Republicans? As far as I can tell, there are Democrats and Democrats that call themselves Republicans.
Nikki Haley is your typical politician. She says whatever she thinks will be popular. Not trustworthy.
