Democracy Partners brought forth this civil lawsuit against Veritas over five years ago, after being exposed for employing dirty campaign tricks in the 2016 presidential race.
In 2016, Project Veritas Action journalists gathered undercover footage over the course of six months as they exposed the dirty tricks orchestrated by political consultant, Bob Creamer, President of Democracy Partners, and its affiliates.
This includes what was described by then-Democracy Partners affiliated member and director of Americans United for Change, Scott Foval, as “Birddogging”:

If the trial is taking place in DC Project Veritas doesn’t have a prayer.
Conservatives are hard to anger but consequential in battle.
“Creamer’s claim of fraudulent misrepresentation is due to the Veritas journalist saying her name was Angela when it really was Allison.”
I wonder what Creamer’s views are on Transgenderism where a man claiming to be a woman or a woman claiming to be a man is acceptable, let alone changing their names.
4% of DC voted for Trump. Obviously the enemy wanted the trial here because it is the one place least likely to be fair.
Veritas has historical precedent, and the recorded words of their targets.
