It saddens many of us that the FBI, unfortunately, has become more akin to the KGB than the independent and efficient arm of the Department of Justice it was intended to be. To the surprise and horror of the American people, among it’s many failures, the FBI has repeatedly failed to protect Americans (remember 9/11) and the U.S. Constitution.

I personally suspect that President Trump’s cache of declassified documents were evidence of the DOJ, FBI and even the NSA’s malfeasance since he and Melania went down the escalator to announce his candidacy for the Presidency. Just a surmise perhaps explaining the unprecedented raid on Mar A Lago.

Finally, this proves not only a strong political bias on the part of the FBI, against Trump, and against anyone remotely on his team, but it shows just how much the FBI knows about all your details, doings, GPS tracking, emails, telephone and FaceTime calls, videos, financial transactions, the cache in your computer and related devices, travel plans, workplace, networks . . . everything. Scary stuff.
I was not charged with anything because I didn’t do anything wrong.
The FBI needs to be exposed for what it has become and how it has betrayed the nation and its very own motto.

I watch a lot of old cop and detective shows. Since my dear wife died this year I changed over to watching TV to break the silence at home.
Having a difficult time not getting angry at the smirking, arrogant perps getting away with everything after “I want my lawyer.”
When I see them in real life, as on the crime topic threads on FR, I want to see justice done and the perps suffer slowly and painfully. Not a good thing.
Shows are all fiction but real life is not really far off.* Cops are humiliated by BLM and Dems. Others are corrupt and not on our side as they “stand down” while Trump supporters are gassed and beaten by Antifa thugs. Home invaders and thugs who attack pedestrians OFTEN get low bail or no bail or parole or abbreviated sentences and are back out on the street——and people’s homes, raping and carjacking and killing.
The “real world” is phantasmagorical and overrated.
When you see the Florida Man and dumbest criminal posts, and the savagery of crime stories you may agree that as a TV screenplay they would be tossed as “implausible.”
* The combination database of facial recognition, past online records and AI decisions about the emotions of people as shown on their faces has been discussed on FR a while ago. They are definitely working on that in “real life.”
I am so sorry to hear about your wife, my husband after 29 years of marriage took off with a 23 year old hostess that was employed in one of our restaurants being alone SUCKS!! I have no children either so makes it much harder!! I don’t WATCH TV however the noise on the background is so much better than the quiet!! I had FOX on 24/7, after the election FOX was dead to me, I found Newsmax and now Newsmax is 24/7, I DO LOVE Chicago PD, I like Chicago Fire also BUT not like PD!!

Ran into a book by the former FBI profiler John Douglas Law and Disorder. He was probably the inspiration for the show. Never read it but might now.
Hannity pretends to be “one of us” but he is just an elite who will survive the green apocalypse.
