The weight of 7 guys and their gear is easily more than a single warhead from a Mirv. Do they want to sacrifice the plane to do what a standoff weapon could do? Sounds like a boondoggle.

"Seven US tier 1 special operators descending on you from space will ruin your day!" Yep, blast into low earth orbit, and after reentry, glide over the target area and have the team make a HAHO or HALO exit. Plane discreetly puts down several countries away with nobody any the wiser.
