If the prosecutors really believed he was a threat they would get him for more, it isn’t as if they have to worry about getting slapped by judge or jury in DC. Did they even have to plea bargain with him?

The January 6 event was probably a riot and there were a few actual criminals involved, as well as many innocent people who peacefully wandered about, not intending to trespass, much less wage an “insurrection.” b. The Democrats are using this to label all dissent “treason” and “terrorism” as they try to set up a leftist dictatorship.
