It’s not his jurisdiction. This is a phony investigation from the get go.

True, but I wouldn't be surprised if they found a Dem Florida judge and prosecutor who would want to harass Desantis.

So DeSantis lured then to Florida? Is that the story???

So, who REALLY brought them to Florida before DeSantis flew them to MV?

Here is how a politician should handle a politically-inspired arraignment:

Former Texas Governor Rick Perry being arraigned for some made up bull scat in Travis County.

Texas is not a ‘politically hostile area” for Abbot, DeSantis or President Trump.

But some jurisdictions are. Missouri is a pretty conservative state, yet the prosecutor in St. Louis was able to use law fare to drive Gov. Greitens out of office. She also charged the couple who tried to defend their home from demonstrators with felonies.

Tom DeLay, of Texas, was hounded out of office on charges that were eventually dismissed.

Georgia is not a flaming liberal state, but Atlanta, Fulton County has a prosecutor going after President Trump. Don’t know if she’ll get an indictment, but it won’t be for a lack of trying.

Grady Judd should send him a book called “how to be a real sheriff in three easy lessons.”

DeSantis hit back reminding this clown about the semi full of illegals, who died in San Antonio of heat...on this Sheriff’s watch.

A little background.

Nov 2, 2020. SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar was on the Joe Biden campaign bus Friday, not long before a video filmed Trump supporters allegedly swarming it on I-35.
Sheriff Salazar, a democratic candidate in the county, said he and others were on the bus.

I’m sorry; but, hasn’t the BIDEN Administration been flying illegals all over the U.S. in the dead of night, or, early morning and dropping them off without notifying the State Officials that they have done so?

That was my first thought also, according to some vague news reports that I saw. Santos supposedly went to Texas and recruited some of these illegals. No idea if that’s true or not but the vague news reports seem to hint at that being the case.

Doom on this lickspittle. Is this affair even in his jurisdiction? So this liberal sheriff was able to detach his lips from Biden's butt to issue a statement. Lawfare -- a favored tactic of the dems; we can expect more of these 'investigations'.

And things could get ugly -- they are already headed that way. DeSantis really hit a raw nerve with this bold action, completely exposing the left's racism and hypocrisy. He is really in the crosshairs now.

Which begs the question, "How well is he and his people going to weather this storm? It's not going to be easy, or quick. DeSantis is ex-JAG, and as such, we can be pretty sure sure that he has good people staged and at the ready to counter this head on. His legal knowledge, combined with his unusual courage, will win the day, of that I am confident.

The towel has been thrown. For for the good of our state, for the good of our nation, we cannot fail.

(from the article):" Javier Salazar, the sheriff of Bexar County, which includes San Antonio,.."

The sheriff of Bexar County, Texas, has no 'legal standing' in this issue.
It must be re-election time again, and he is looking for more votes
