Good point about those incumbents who decided to not run again. Too bad they don’t provide that picture, too.

“incumbent turnover so far is greater than the total turnover in 2014, 2016, and 2020. In fact, newcomers will hold at least 26% of the state legislative seats up for election. Unless every incumbent wins their general elections in November (an unlikely scenario, historically speaking), that figure will only increase before the end of the year.”
