On Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Chris Jansing Reports,” Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-IL) said that it won’t be good in general or good for Democrats “if the economy continues to go in the wrong direction.” And that President Joe Biden and House Democrats have done a good job.
Host Peter Alexander asked, “We know that the Fed is kicking off a big meeting today. The economy, obviously, remains on everybody’s mind. The President said on Sunday that he thinks the worst is over. But an article in Kiplinger yesterday said the following, … ‘It’s very likely that the downturn we have been experiencing will get much worse and the bear market is likely not over.’ If the economy gets much worse, as they warn, how problematic is that for Democrats? Do the Democrats have to demonstrate continued progress to try to keep this issue from becoming a defining one for so many voters?

Democrats are doing a good job destroying the country... That’s what he meant. They are polarizing and creating disdain among the citizens. They are fomenting rage, fear, hate and violence by labeling their political opponents as extremists and terrorists.
So yeah, Democrats, along with their media allies and celebrity elites are doing well to execute their agendas and goals.... to weaken the nation to a state of one party rule, socialism and eventually a tyrannical autocracy.
She’s my rep, thankfully “retiring” which you can be sure means “until Dick Dirtbag (who she used to babysit for) hangs it up or croaks, and she’ll run for Senate. She is actually good at the retail politics stuff, spending time in her district and pressing the flesh, but then she got delusions of grandeur and was put in charge of the DCCC and went full-bore Leftist. Losing all those seats in 2020 instead of gaining like Nancy ordered got her s#itcanned from that job and then she decided to “retire” after nearly being beaten herself. Trump won this district and despite gerrymandering it’s going to to red this time.
Conservative Esther Joy King nearly did it in 2020 and will be the new representative in two months.
