Housing will fix homelessness? No it won’t.
People are homeless because they’re strung out on drugs and alcohol and don’t pay their bills. Trying to put them in govt paid housing just makes the problem worse and solves nothing.
Does govt never learn anything from experience?
Govern,ent is in the business of creating problems, then pretending to solve them with measures that make the original problem they created far worse. Rinse and repeat.
