No, he isn't. But that's what he wants everyone to think. Fetterman in reality is from a wealthy upscale community just east of York, not far from Philadelphia. He is not blue collar. He is not a hard hat.
In reality Fetterman has no ties to Western Pennsylvania other than recently relocating to a run down mill town in order to become mayor.
