How much money do you want Biden to take from me and my family, to spend on Ukraine?

It is not Biden taking your money. The first Javelins were sent by Trump. Ukraine is a bargain for the DOD where even a single B2 had a true price tag of almost a billion dollars. We should dish out 400 billion in hardware to Ukraine and stop our enemy cold but we will not. Biden slow walks aid. So I take it you are fine spending billions on the Department of Education which educates no one and influences schools to adopt curriculums the teach the young to hate America and Whites.

Biden is sending Ukraine $12 billion a month. The Senate today agreed to his request for $12 billion more

You support Biden sending our tax money to Ukraine. Just like a liberal, you say $12 billion a month is no big deal.

Liberals were the original warmongers because you put other countries ahead of America and you like spending our tax dollars overseas instead of on our own people here at home

In fact, it sounds like you want to spend even more on Ukraine than Biden is already spending. So you’re more America last than even Biden is!

Instead of MAGA, you’re Muga -make Ukraine great again! America Last!

So your MAGA is different than our MAGA. Yours just happens to fit all of Moscow’s talking points. You just happen to be a newbie at FR. You are okay with Putin’s Chenchens killing Ukrainians. I hope Moscow is paying you well for being a whore.

You still haven’t said how much tax money you want Biden to send to Ukraine, Mr MUGA.

Yes I did answer your question but you never answered mine. I guess Russian trolls don’t know much about stimulus packages or anything not on your script pages.

“ Yes I did answer your question “

Well at least you admit you’re evasive. Apparently you’re fine it’s Biden sending unlimited amounts of our tax money to Ukraine, but you are too cowardly to admit it.

So brave Mister anonymous with no about page calls others cowards. How is writing a 400 billion figure being evasive? Maybe you need to work on your English skills so you can keep up with pedophile Putin’s other trolls. Most of them can read. Tell me, what is it like being a cowardly anonymous whore?

It’s unclear to me why the US needs to be involved in this. It’s a European security issue that Europe should handle.

I’m concerned about the crime and decline in our own cities. I could not care less about Ukraine. We have our own problems, and those billions of our tax dollars that Biden, supported by you, is shipping to Ukraine ought to be spent in America to fix Americas problems. That’s what MAGA means - make America great again

But you are America Last - MUGA, Make Ukraine Great Again and let America rot.

Does Eastern Ukraine have the right of self determination?

And no, a phony plebescite under military occupation can’t assess it, despite what Putin claims.

But what gives Ukraine legitimacy in ruling over, and oppressing, the ethnic Russians there? Zelensky is every bit the despot Putin is, but with fashionable gender ambiguity and US/NATO backing.

This is true.

Look carefully at the surrender conditions Russia posted up on day one... Removing the NATO umbrella from the Baltic was one of Putin’s demands.

Then, when sanctions kicked in, Russia and Belarus started talking openly about the corridors to Kaliningrad.

And Russia moved nukes towards the Finland border.

Basically, the signals were clear: any swift and decisive victory in Ukraine would be followed by a triumphant march on the Baltic states.

With or without the NATO umbrella. Preferably without it.

Putin regards the reclamation of the Baltic States, as necessary to arrest the decades of Europeanisation of Eurasia, and replace it with decades of Russification.

Unless the EU and NATO want Russkyi Mir to propagate all the way to Lisbon following a wave of invasions or Putin’s Rashist fantasy is abandoned, a prolonged cold war with Russia is inevitable.

Putinism is as big a threat to Europe as the Islamic Revolution and Wahhabism has been to the Middle East. Putinism isn’t a political philosophy, it’s a toxic religion.

Two things.

1. Maybe in 2014-16 there was nothing in Ukraine for the USA... just as there was nothing in it for the USA and Britain when Hitler/Stalin were merrily carving up the map of Europe between them. Sitting on our hands was a false economy.

But a few years later Britain had no real choice but to enter the conflict. Churchill admitted it would need blood, sweat and tears but the alternative would’ve been far worse, and would’ve lasted far longer. Thousand year Reich or a six year war? No contest.

America will end up dragged into this conflict because Putin is hell bent on his legacy being a Great War leading to a new Russian empire. Chechnya, Georgia and Ukraine are mere portents.

2. This is completely unrelated to domestic matters. Your southern border is your problem, so is your economy. You’re blowing hundreds of billions - trillions probably - on wokery and you even have the most criminally expensive healthcare system on the planet; if you want to deal with unproductive wastes of money there are far bigger fish to fry than Ukraine on the domestic front and Ukraine support is a distraction. Us Brits have the same problem: a “conservative” government that spent hundreds of billions on COVID response and an IT system that didn’t even work, has its own tightwads complaining about the couple of billion spent on Ukraine to divert our attention.

3. Are you Doctor Evil fresh from the sixties?! Fifteen Beeelion Dollars! It’s chump change, you cheapskate. America can’t plead poverty on sums that small.

My guess is that Trump would look for a way for Russia to exit the Ukraine war and for Putin to exit power, with Russia getting a seeming jump ball as to a resolution of the war and Putin having his life, dignity, and cash mostly intact. For example, a deal could be contrived in which a truce would be declared, with international monitoring, sanctions eased a bit, and Russia and Ukraine submitting their claims to some form of mediation under UN auspices.

By making any interim and final deals subject to UN Security Council approval, Russia would have a double veto: as a primary party, and as a Security Council permanent member. The key point as to the conflict is that with both Ukraine and Russia battered and exhausted at present, the truce line would solidity for a time as a fuller resolution is worked out. Over the long term, Ukraine and the US and NATO will have the upper hand due to extensive resupply and financial and material support for Ukraine as the Russian economy is in dire condition due to sanctions.

For Putin, part of the incentive would be that he could exit and claim victory publicly while complaining of ill health and leaving others to clean up the mess and deliver the bad news to Russians that they had lost. Putin could also cash in with a memoir and TV interviews. The examples of Napoleon and Nixon would be positive examples for Putin, with their reputations much recovered in later years. And Saddam and Ceausescu would be admonitory examples of autocrats who came to bad ends.

As Churchill said “jaw jaw is better than war war”.

That was before starting a war. He never called for talks after the start of the war but for unconditional surrender.
