Decades ago they were added to the Nevada Revised Statues by the voters allowing them up to 24 weeks and longer under certain circumstances. So, unless the voters have it put on a ballot and vote to change it, NV can add that to it's tourist attraction ads. And Laxalt and Lombardo can't do anything about it. Lying liars on the left saying they will outlaw abortions. 😵‍💫

As an aside, one of the major problems with law enforcement labs that contribute to these long delays is that they cannot pay close to what private industry pays for a forensic biologist.

They hire and train them before they leave and go to work for private labs, make the same money (or even more), and have 1/10th of the stress.

Perhaps law enforcement should just start using private labs (some already do)..... It is probably cheaper in the long run and you get results in days instead of months (or years).
