There was an IQ test back in the day set by most states. One of the benefits of having to be a landowner or a taxpayer to vote was that you were smart enough to be able to earn money.

Feinstein will be 90 years old when her term ends in 2024.

In Congress the ‘youngest’ member of Democrat’ leadership’ is 71-year-old Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi is herself 82 years old — and her top deputies are about the same age.

She clearly doesn't have her wits about her and isn't fit to continue in office. It's California, it's not like they're going to elect a conservative if she steps down, more than likely they'll put somebody in that's even farther left than she is, if that's possible.

I'm from Mississippi and my dad knew a couple of staffers who worked for John Stennis. Stennis retired from the Senate when he was 87 and he was so senile at the time that the staff had to put a pen in his hand and point to where to sign, he had no idea where he was or what he was doing for the last couple of years. He was younger than Feinstein is now and still lived another five years.

IQ tests could be useful, but I would prefer that all potential voters, including citizens, pass the same civics test given to those seeking naturalization. That would be a huge hit to Demoncrat voters.
