I’d prefer some kind of non-biased competency test.
We had a congress critter here in Indiana who was only 69 but functionally comatose. Wheeled into the chamber to vote on the close ones.

More importantly, there should be IQ tests for voters.
I don’t blame fossils like Feinstein, Pelosi, Biden anywhere near as much as the imbeciles that vote for them time and time again.
