White cop Frank Lyga in road rage with black cop Kevin Gaines..Gaines tried to shoot Lyga and Lyga killed Gaines in road rage....LAPD finds out it was 2 cops shooting each other on the highway...They paid Gaines family hundreds of thousands ion dollars to keep it quiet.... Then Gaines friends on force tried to destroy Lyga....
