While the minions of globalist and neocon trolls fret about a war in Ukraine that has absolutely nothing to do with our national interests, the FBI continues to be turned into the equivalent of the KGB.

Abortion is no longer recognized as a right by fedgov, so what legal basis does the FIB have for this?

I’ve had my current tagline for quite a while.

The reason the FBI is investigating pro life folks is obviously demonic.

I know most of the older folks here ain’t into thrash metal but the lyrics to the 1994 Slayer song Dittohead are proving to be VERY VERY true. The lyrics even mention the year.

Dittohead
Song by Slayer

Lyrics
This f***ing country’s lost its grip, subconscious hold begins to slip
The scales of justice tend to tip
The legal system has no spine, it’s corroding from inside
Slap your hand, you’ll do no time
Reality on vacation, all across a blinded nation
Mentality under sedation
Anyone can be set free on a technicality
Explain the law again to me
Here in 1994, things are different than before
Violence is what we adore
Invitation to the game, guns and blades and media fame
Every day more of the same
Murder, mayhem, anarchy, now are all done legally
Mastermind, your killing spree
Unafraid of punishment with a passive government
There’s nothing for you to regret
Nothing to regret
Unimposing policy
No enforcing ministry
Gaping with judicial flaws
Watch a fading nation crawl
Clashing with the public frame
I’m the one that’s place in fame
Legislature sets the stage
Social slaves caught in my rage
Administrative anarchy, there’s nothing you can do to me
The world around you drifting to a continental tomb, you see
Violence is my passion, it will never be contained
Living with aggression and its everlasting reign

You're correct. It's "Since", not "If" and we're already there.

From the article title:

If Since Peacefully Protesting Abortion Is Criminal But Firebombing Pregnancy Centers Is Not, There Is No Rule Of Law,

sort of like how Republicans peacefully protesting in the Capital on Jan 6th is a felony, but liberals burning down cities all over America all summer isn’t.

Amazing isn’t it? America is on fire, yet half of FR is worried about protecting the wealth of a homosexual comedian.

It is clear that the FBI must die. The Federal policing authority needs to be restricted to Federal lands, and the trials of the people need to be held in a random location of their choosing. DC is a foreign occupying power at this point.

Relax. It’s very early in the Fourth Reich, and maybe the furrier in DC won’t get around to rounding up conservatives, Christians, republicans, and responsible parents, or abolishing their businesses, denying them the vote, building special “labor retreats” where they can learn new work skills.

Maybe.

What basis did Congress have to pass such a law in the first place?

…but the Christian pro-lifers spent most of their time peacefully praying, singing, and crying in the hallway

That’s the defense? We weren’t breaking the law for most of the time?

Read up on the run up to the American Civil War, specifically the implications of the Fugitive Slave Act.

One branch decided to over turn Roe, but there are rather draconian laws to protect abortion on the books that were not touched by that ruling.

And the rest of the .gov is very pro abortion
