Well, bad flu does kill. My wife had a worse case than I did—it knocked the crap out of her. Had to use a wheelchair to get her into the doctor’s office. But neither of us required hospitalization. However, talking to local nurses told me that Wuhan was killing people and sometimes killing people within days of feeling ill.

As for the Wisconsin killer, the one who FJB had no time to come and comfort his victims, I think, from what I’ve read and heard, he’s going for all kinds of reasons to appeal his likely conviction.
