This is a short video on the Crimean Bridge on which there as the tanker fire.
There appears to have been a span of the bridge which collapsed. To just have to go to the first few seconds at the linked video to see a picture of the dropped span.

Truck bomb? I don’t see any missiles. Explosion seems really large.
If it was a truck bomb it was timed to be in place and the explosion triggered while that train of fuel tankers was passing over on the upper deck. That could well have triggered secondary explosions in those fuel tankers.
