First of all, McConnell did a great job running the senate for getting trump judges.
Second, McConnell supports incumbent republicans whether we would or not.

I walked precincts and did canvassing today for 2 hours. My dog got tired. Talked to many voters. Got many promises of support and even some requests for yard signs. I hope everyone here complaining on this thread did the same.

Biden won’t care. He’ll use his veto power to quash any Republican initiatives. He’ll go around Congress by issuing executive orders. If the House impeaches Biden the Senate will not convict because the GOP won’t have a 2/3 majority and several GOP members (Romney, Collins, Murkowski (if still there) won’t vote to convict.
