In many cases, that is the door through which this Woke crap has entered the corporate world.
It's certainly not coming from someone who understands how the markets work and has responsibility for generating an operating profit.
Totally agree that the source of ‘wokeness’ is usually via HR ciphers. It is the feeble-minded leftists who are most attracted to HR positions. It allows them to work in a good-paying job that produces nothing that contributes to a positive bottom line and they get to indulge in building little fiefdoms that are accountable to no one.
Of course someone had to convince upper mgmt that a department that contributes nothing to the bottom line and does nothing but issue morale-busting diktats was a good thing. And some upper mgmt dolt listened ...
