That was my thought as well...............
I also suspected Burke. That pineapple in her stomach after her parents said she went straight to bed. The tablet the ramson note was wrote on; the way John removed her body carried her upstairs, then they threw a blanket over her body, contaminating evidence. The note said don’t call anyone, police, etc yet they called all their friends, the police. John was on phone while police were there making plans to get away. Also, the parents had Burke removed to their friends house and refused to allow the police to interview him. The parents controlled the whole murder scene. So much more strange evidence; the cobweb undisturbed in the window supposedly an intruder climbed through, etc.
Read all the books and I came to the conclusion about the other child. They didn’t want to lose both children.
There is no sculpture of limitations on murder.
I know the family was involved. They never spent any time looking for the real killer.
The mother’s “OMG you raise lazarus from the dead please bring my daughter back” was not even good acting.
Who goes to a house to kidnap someone and THEN sits down to write a lengthy ransom letter on paper and pen they found in the house? And kills the kidnap victim. And who knows EXACTLY how much the father just received in a bonus check.
Then goes to a hidden room on the basement to hide a body... when walking out the back door would have been much easier.
You should watch it and also get some of the books that talks about all the strange things that happened that day.
Well no fingerprints were found on the flashlight sitting right there on the counter. The drawer in which John Ramsey’s flashlight was usually kept was open, with no flashlight inside. The Ramseys denied putting the flashlight there.
Found in the kitchen where none of the Ramseys admitted putting it. They initially claimed to recognize it but then said they didn’t. Alleged to fit the dimensions of the skull fracture.

Yes that was discussed in book. The underwear was brand new, too big for Jon Benet, according to the Nanny. It was in a bottom drawer of her dresser. It was said that DNA was from handling /making the underwear at the manufacturer.
Her brother would be better off keeping his speculations private. Does he really want to re-open that Pandora’s Box of vile and lurid details? Does he have a book to sell? Is he hoping to be a TV Show Host on a program about lost people?
That’s been done before, but usually, the host is a trustworthy surviving family member, one who does not still bear the dark cloud of public doubt over his own head.

I forget the name of the jackass crime writer that cost cbs all that money, but I remember him injecting himself into the PSU/Sandusky affair as well - w/ zero knowledge of the facts and basically just a name. Yes, that wacky 3-page ransom note in loopy, feminine handwriting, citing John Ramsey’s annual bonus amount, was obviously written by Patsy. Either she knew someone in the house committed the murder or she suspected as much.

I asked a prominent member of the Boulder business community shortly after Jon Benet was murdered and he told me the local belief was that Patsy murdered Jon Benet. Which makes sense and is much more likely than her brother killing her.
I thought it was obscene to have her dress up like that.....
what angered me more than anything is the parents would not let Burke be interviewed alone and IIRC the parents refused to be interviewed separately as well as did not get interviewed until somelthing like two yrs later....
