I actually think this not the WORST idea they’ve had.
It’s cheaper then incarcerating all of them.
If, and that’s a big IF, they are used to geo track. If they don’t, I am not sure what the response can be, though.
If we had a wall like there should be, none of this would be happening.
The wall, with appropriate security, would be less money.
