The article told you; it was given to an illegal. We get to pay for it and they get to use it—or more likely sell it or throw it away.
We also get to pay school taxes to educate the little illegals and pay for their health car, food and lodging.
One guy in England figured that illegals there were getting several times what tax-paying pensioners received. I imagine the same is true here.
